The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced theCBSE Class 10 Result 2023 on 12th May 2023. The examination of the same commenced from 15th February 2023, to 21st March 2023.

As it has been seen in the past few years, the registered student can also get access to their CBSE 10th results 2023 from National Informatics Centre (NIC), Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Govt. of India. CBSE Result 2023 – Grading System

The Central Board of Secondary Education follows a grading system for the evaluation of Class 10 board exam results. It is based on performance of the students on the exam and subject maximums. The grading system is as follows:

  • A1: 91-100 marks (Grade Point – 10)
  • A2: 81-90 marks (Grade Point – 9)
  • B1: 71-80 marks (Grade Point – 8)
  • B2: 61-70 marks (Grade Point – 7)
  • C1: 51-60 marks (Grade Point – 6)
  • C2: 41-50 marks (Grade Point – 5)
  • D: 33-40 marks (Grade Point – 4)
  • E1: 21-32 marks (Grade Point – 3)
  • E2: 00-20 marks (Grade Point – 2)

CBSE Class 10 Result 2023 – Re-Evaluation and Rechecking

Students who are not satisfied with their result can apply for rechecking and revaluation of their scores for different subjects. CBSE allows students to opt for rechecking the answer sheets within 15 days after the declaration of results. They can apply and follow the guidelines as prescribed by CBSE by visiting their official website. Students are asked to pay a minimum fee for the re-evalutions and obtaining the photocopy of the answer sheets.

Students who do not qualify the minimum passing marks can appear for the supplementary exams. They are asked to fill an online application form released by CBSE on their official website. Students must pay a minimum for each subject they have failed through online mode.
